Plaza
Yes – but if you move them off the grass area, please put them back at the end of the night.
Yes, but alcoholic drinks are permitted on the plaza only. Please create a barrier and tell your guests to stay on the premises with alcoholic drinks.
Management
On payment of the fee, you will be sent a Welcome package including a code for a
lock box which contains the all the keys you need: exterior doors, parking cones &
garbage, thermostat and AV cupboard.
No, for accounting purposes, the fee and deposit need to be paid as separate checks. Your deposit will be returned after your event.
- 10% discount is offered to non-profit organizations
- Discounts are also given for ongoing rentals (classes etc)
